Terms
Add $20/night/per guest beyond 6. Maximum 8 persons.
Deposit
$500. Refunded if no damage, minus cleaning fee (Usually $100).
Payment Method
Personal Checks or Wire Transfer Preferred. Credit Card Payments and Currency Conversion via Secure Online Service, PayPal. Rent Due 1 Month Prior to Stay. (Add 7% State of Montana Tax on Rent)
